Goldsource Mines Appoints Haytham Hodaly to Board


VANCOUVER, BC – March 29, 2017 – Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Haytham Hodaly to the Board of Directors of the Company, effective March 28, 2017.

Mr. Hodaly is an engineer with a B.A.Sc. in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering and a Master of Engineering, specializing in Mineral Economics. Mr. Hodaly is currently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Silver Wheaton Corp. (“Silver Wheaton”). Prior to joining Silver Wheaton in 2012, he spent 16 years in the North American securities industry, most recently as Director and Mining Analyst, Global Mining Research at RBC Capital Markets.

Ioannis Tsitos, President, stated: “We are very pleased Mr. Hodaly is joining our Board of Directors. He brings a wealth of technical and corporate expertise to Goldsource and his success on technical, corporate and market matters will enhance our current board. The Company also announces the grant of stock options under its Stock Option Plan to Mr. Hodaly for the purchase of 500,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.16 per share for a five-year term expiring March 28, 2022.  The stock option grant is subject to regulatory approval.
